As part of this gut-renovation, our client had two main objectives: ultra-high performance sound and video, and a clutter-free fully automated home. They wanted the ability to monitor and control all systems in their apartment from anywhere in the world.
The Savant control system we designed and installed gives them unparalleled control of their home...including but not limited to: HVAC, Pool Control, Spa Control, Shade Control, Control of Lutron Centralized Lighting System, Distributed Video & Audio and Security Cameras. Because aethstetics were just as important as sound and picture quality, a number of fully custom motorized TV lifts and mechanisms were integrated into millwork throughout the home to hide screens when not in use. Also featured are two discreet custom home theaters as well as a high-end vacuum Hi-Fi system with Vinyl playback.
