This project had strict requirements that the audio and video elements be extremely high performance, without compromising the aesthetics of the duplex. The crown jewel is a 60″ TV completely hidden within a custom fabricated, 15′ mirror that was craned into the window of the residence.

This massive mirror is flanked by two gorgeous vintage cabinets that hide custom high-end speakers specifically designed for the cabinets. We also installed custom speakers within the radiator cabinets, ensuring that when entertaining, the clients could effortlessly fill the room with clear and balanced sound.

A custom programmed Savant System not only controls the Audio/Video, but also gives the client the ability to remotely control the HVAC and a Lutron lighting system, which we also installed.

Additionally, in keeping with the theme of the immaculate fit and finish of the residence, many of the Lutron light switches and power outlets feature flush and faux painted wall plates by Trufig.
