Because our client wanted a smart home that was reliable and easy to use, this project was built around a Savant System for automation and control.

As a family of music lovers and musicians, sound quality was a major objective. Two rooms feature audiophile Hi Fi systems by Bel Canto, paired with Dynaudio Speakers, and the penthouse features a premium surround sound system for family movie nights!

Due to the immense size of the residence, we installed and fully automated a Lutron lighting system that includes full control of all lights and shades via iPad from anywhere in the house (or the world!). A Savant multi-zone video system allows the owners to start watching content on one TV, and finish watching it on any other TV.

As a selling point to potential renters, the clients had us install a dedicated home theater on the cellar level. We installed sonically thrilling in-wall speakers and subwoofers, as well as a 65” TV. All of the electronics were neatly installed in a custom rack and hidden in a closet under the stairs.
