The FRIGG 02 marks the beginning of a new chapter for Ø Audio, combining a more compact and conventional form factor with the company's established design philosophy. Developed as a no-nonsense, three-way floorstanding loudspeaker, the FRIGG 02 is engineered to deliver a powerful, detailed, and expansive soundstage while preserving tonal accuracy and precision.

Designed for real-world listening environments, the FRIGG 02 incorporates proprietary driver technology, controlled directivity, and a meticulously developed crossover network to create a coherent and engaging listening experience.

The FRIGG 02 utilizes Ø Audio's directivity-control approach through a patented DXT waveguide, providing a consistent sound character throughout the listening area. The custom TPCD dome tweeter was developed with Norwegian driver manufacturer SEAS and is designed to reduce modal behavior within the dome structure.

The custom midrange combines a hand-coated paper cone, titanium former, inverted surround, and low-distortion motor system. The matching woofer utilizes a similar material approach with a larger motor structure to deliver deep and dynamic bass performance.

A hybrid low-order crossover network was developed through extensive measurement, simulation, and listening evaluations to achieve a coherent presentation and natural musical character.
