Lincoln Square Duplex | Savant Smart Home

In this gut renovation, the clients wanted high-performance sound and video and a clutter-free, fully automated home they could monitor and control from anywhere in the world. A Savant system runs HVAC, shades, Lutron centralized lighting, distributed video and audio, and security cameras. TVs and speakers are built into the millwork throughout, and the designer Lutron keypads cleared the walls of switches, making light and shade control of this sprawling home a snap.
