Central Park West 3 Bedroom Gut Renovation
As part of this gut-renovation, our client had two main objectives: high performance music and video, and a clutter-free fully automated home.
The Savant control system we designed and installed gives them unparalleled control of their home right from their smartphone.including: HVAC, Lutron Centralized Lighting, and Distributed Video & Audio. Because aethstetics were just as important as sound and picture quality, most speakers were invisible. The centralized Lutron lighting system also helped to eliminate switch wall clutter contributing to an easy to use and very refined aesthetic.
