Union Square Triplex | Savant Smart Home
This Union Square triplex with a roof deck is a gut renovation. A Savant system gives the clients control of HVAC, pool and spa, shades, Lutron lighting, distributed video and audio, and security cameras. Looks mattered as much as sound and picture, so custom motorized TV lifts and mechanisms are built into the millwork to hide the screens when they're not in use. There are also two discreet custom home theaters and a high-end vacuum tube hi-fi system with vinyl playback.
