Phasemation T-2000 MC Step-Up Transformer

The T-2000 is Phasemation's reference-grade MC step-up transformer, built as two fully independent monaural chassis to eliminate any left/right channel interference entirely. Its balanced input design routes the cartridge's inherently balanced output signal through a proper push-pull path shielded by a grounded earth connection, avoiding the noise susceptibility of a conventional unbalanced hookup.

The coil is hand-wound on an ultra-thin super-malloy core with high-purity copper secondary winding, tuned specifically for the impedance range of high-end MC cartridges. Rhodium-plated Furutech terminals and TAOC cast-iron insulator feet complete the build. Winner of the MJ Technology of the Year (2017) and Audio Excellence Special Award (2017).
